Shelly Rivers is an elegant asian small-claw otter who has a passion for fashion, and beauty. Not only is she beautiful, but she knows it. And has no problem embracing who she is. She has a sense of confidence and style that only accentuates her dazzling charm.

With a typical “popular girl” personality at the surface, social, stylish, and a “teensy bit vain", Shelly is highly popular at the organization in which she, and her teammates, work. She adores attention and craves likeability, and will go to lengths just to remain at the top of the social ladder.
